Responsibility
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets in the assigned Bali region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, and key accounts.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
- Organize and participate in promotional events, roadshows, and product launches.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead in the industry.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure effective promotional campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the telecom or retail industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the Bali market and its unique business landscape is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed.
