As the Area Sales Coordinator, you will serve as the bridge between senior leadership and our valued customers, ensuring seamless communication, relationship management, and sales strategy execution. Your ability to maintain and update key stakeholders will directly impact our market expansion and customer satisfaction.
This role offers a competitive salary of ₱25,000 – ₱30,000 per month (or equivalent in IDR), along with opportunities for professional development in a globally connected organization. Responsibility
- Coordinate and maintain regular communication with senior leads and customers to ensure alignment with sales objectives.
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to drive revenue growth in assigned territories.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights to management.
- Organize and conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to nurture long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, logistics, customer service) to streamline sales processes.
- Prepare and submit detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned regions.
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales coordination, account management, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
