Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic field marketing and activation programs to boost brand visibility and drive sales growth in Bali.
- Lead and manage a team of field representatives to ensure effective execution of activation campaigns and sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and partners to maximize product placement and availability.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align activation programs with brand guidelines and promotional strategies.
- Conduct regular field visits to assess campaign performance, gather feedback, and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Prepare and present reports on sales performance, campaign effectiveness, and market insights to senior management.
- Train and mentor field staff to enhance their skills in sales, customer engagement, and brand representation.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, field marketing, or activation roles, preferably in the FMCG or food industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving brand growth through activation programs.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a field team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and consumer insights.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
