As the Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple retail outlets, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering exceptional results. Responsibility
- Lead and manage multiple retail locations across Bali, ensuring consistent operational standards and exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive sales growth, profitability, and market expansion.
- Oversee inventory management, merchandising, and visual standards to optimize store performance.
- Recruit, train, and mentor store managers and teams to foster a high-performance culture.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions to meet or exceed targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to enhance local engagement and brand visibility.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and health/safety standards.
- Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance reviews to maintain operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) in retail management, with at least 2 years in a multi-site leadership role (e.g., Area Manager, Regional Manager).
- Strong background in wellness, beauty, or consumer products retail is a plus.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sales trends and make strategic decisions.
- Experience in inventory management, merchandising, and visual standards.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Bali’s key locations.
