Responsibility
- Drive sales growth and profitability across assigned branches by implementing effective strategies and monitoring performance metrics.
- Ensure consistent execution of company standards, policies, and procedures across all stores in the region.
- Lead, mentor, and develop store managers and staff to foster a high-performance culture and achieve operational excellence.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess compliance, customer service quality, and inventory management.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing and merchandising teams to execute promotions, visual merchandising, and inventory planning.
- Manage budgets, control expenses, and optimize resource allocation to meet financial targets.
- Resolve escalated customer or operational issues promptly to maintain brand reputation.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with at least 2 years in a multi-store or area management role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, improving operational efficiency, and leading teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, financial reports, and market trends.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage with teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in retail management software, MS Office, and inventory systems.
- Willingness to travel frequently across assigned regions in Bali.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
