Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the general trade sector.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective field sales strategies.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and assess competitor activity.
- Present, promote, and sell our products/services to retailers, distributors, and other key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions, campaigns, and product launches in assigned territories.
- Monitor inventory levels at client locations and ensure timely restocking to meet demand.
- Provide accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the retail or FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with the general trade market in Bali or similar regions is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
