Responsibility
- Oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to achieve business targets and KPIs.
- Monitor and maintain quality control processes to ensure product and service excellence.
- Manage customer relationships, address concerns, and implement strategies to enhance satisfaction.
- Streamline administrative processes, including reporting, documentation, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with business goals and market demands.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization without compromising quality.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory standards in all operational activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or a similar industry.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and driving performance.
- Strong understanding of KPIs, quality control, and customer service best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in business administration, reporting, and process optimization.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian; additional local language skills are a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
