Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of multiple F&B outlets to ensure brand standards and operational consistency.
- Lead, mentor, and coach store managers and front-line staff to achieve performance targets and professional growth.
- Analyze financial reports, P&L statements, and sales data to implement strategies for revenue growth and cost control.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor food quality, hygiene standards, and customer service delivery.
- Develop and execute localized marketing initiatives to drive store traffic and customer loyalty.
- Manage inventory levels, supply chain logistics, and waste reduction programs across assigned locations.
- Ensure full compliance with government regulations, health and safety protocols, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an Area Manager or multi-unit supervisory role within the F&B or retail sector.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to coach, train, and motivate diverse teams.
- Excellent analytical skills, with proficiency in MS Office and retail/F&B management software.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle high-pressure situations.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Willingness to travel between various store locations within Metro Manila as required.
