Responsibility
- Oversee daily operational workflows within the designated area to ensure targets are met.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of associates to maintain high performance and morale.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to management on operational efficiency.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and company policies across all transport and logistics activities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistical bottlenecks and optimize resource allocation.
- Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
- Maintain high-quality standards in every stage of the manufacturing and distribution process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and develop teams effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operational management software.
- Proven track record of improving operational processes and managing resources efficiently.
- Ability to work flexible hours as required by operations in the Laguna area.
