Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales and distribution plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Manage and expand key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales and distribution team to drive productivity and performance.

Qualifications
