Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of sales promotion representatives in assigned areas.
- Develop and implement effective promotional strategies to boost product visibility and sales.
- Coordinate with regional managers to align promotional activities with company objectives.
- Monitor team performance, provide training, and ensure high standards of customer engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Manage inventory and ensure adequate stock levels for promotional events.
- Prepare reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and promotional guidelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, promotions, or field marketing.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and events.
- Familiarity with Bali’s market and consumer behavior is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
