Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations across multiple sites, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of warehouse supervisors and staff to achieve operational excellence.
- Implement and monitor KPIs to measure performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations within the warehouse facilities.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to optimize logistics solutions and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory control processes, including receiving, storage, and dispatch operations.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to improve warehouse productivity and reduce operational costs.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of warehouse operations with broader supply chain activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of operational experience in a 3PL warehouse environment, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics software.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations in warehouse operations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
