Responsibility
- Develop detailed architectural drawings and plans using Archicad.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure accuracy and compliance with Australian building standards.
- Prepare and revise construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, and sections.
- Coordinate with project teams to integrate design changes and updates.
- Ensure all drawings and documentation meet project specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of project presentations and client meetings.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Architectural Drafter with proficiency in Archicad.
- Experience working on Australian projects and familiarity with local building codes.
- Strong understanding of architectural principles and construction techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in other design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) is a plus.
- Relevant degree or certification in Architecture or Drafting.
