Responsibility
- Coordinate and oversee architectural projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to design specifications, timelines, and budgets.
- Develop and review detailed AutoCAD drawings, blueprints, and 3D models for structural, M&E, and interior design components.
- Liaise with clients, engineers, and contractors to clarify design intent, resolve technical issues, and ensure project alignment with regulatory standards.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, verify compliance with plans, and address any on-site challenges.
- Prepare and present project reports, including progress updates, risk assessments, and cost analyses, to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainable and innovative design solutions into projects.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and as-built drawings.
- Stay updated with industry trends, new materials, and emerging technologies to enhance project efficiency and quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in architectural coordination, with a strong portfolio showcasing AutoCAD proficiency.
- In-depth knowledge of architectural design principles, construction methods, and building codes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant design software. BIM experience is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and clients.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with local and international construction standards, particularly in Southeast Asia.
