Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets in the aquaculture and seafood sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including distributors, retailers, hotels, and export partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive pricing, and new business opportunities in Bali and beyond.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality aquaculture products.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze KPIs, and provide regular reports to management with actionable insights.
  • Participate in industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations, sustainability standards, and certification requirements (e.g., ASC, MSC) to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Aquaculture, Fisheries, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the seafood, aquaculture, or FMCG industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin) are a plus.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
  • Knowledge of aquaculture products, seafood supply chains, or export procedures is highly advantageous.
