Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share for aquaculture feed products in Bali.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with fish farmers, distributors, and industry partners.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support to customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to organize promotional events and trade shows.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to guide business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the agriculture or aquaculture sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively.
- Knowledge of aquaculture practices and feed products is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Bali.
