Responsibility
- Assist in supervising daily production activities to ensure efficiency and adherence to safety protocols.
- Monitor and report on manufacturing processes, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with senior supervisors to implement quality control measures and troubleshoot issues.
- Support the training and onboarding of new team members.
- Maintain accurate records of production metrics, downtime, and resource utilization.
- Participate in lean manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives to optimize workflows.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management review.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Strong understanding of production planning, process optimization, and quality management systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Willingness to relocate to Badung, Bali, if not already based in the area.
