Responsibility
- Accurately input, update, and maintain appraisal data in company databases and systems.
- Verify and cross-check data for consistency, completeness, and accuracy.
- Organize and file digital and physical appraisal documents in a systematic manner.
- Generate reports and summaries based on entered data for internal and client use.
- Collaborate with appraisal teams to ensure data integrity and alignment with company standards.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or errors in data entries promptly.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive appraisal information.
- Adhere to data entry deadlines and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in data entry, administration, or a related field (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data entry software.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with appraisal processes or real estate data is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data management are advantageous.
