Responsibility
- Accurately enter and update appraisal data into company databases and systems.
- Verify and cross-check data for completeness, consistency, and compliance with industry standards.
- Maintain organized digital and physical records of appraisal documents.
- Collaborate with appraisal teams to resolve discrepancies or missing information.
- Generate reports and summaries of appraisal data as requested by management.
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols to protect sensitive client and property information.
- Identify and escalate data entry errors or system issues to IT or supervisory staff.
- Stay updated on changes in appraisal regulations, data entry best practices, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in data entry, administration, or a related field (real estate or appraisal experience is a plus).
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling numerical and textual data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data entry software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data management are advantageous.
- Familiarity with real estate terminology and appraisal processes is preferred.
