Responsibility
- Design, develop, and optimize RF measurement systems for next-generation electrical applications.
- Conduct experimental testing and data analysis to validate RF performance and identify improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RF solutions into broader electrical systems.
- Develop custom algorithms for signal processing, noise reduction, and interference mitigation.
- Stay abreast of emerging RF technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
- Document research findings and present technical reports to stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve RF-related issues in prototypes and production systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in RF measurement, antenna design, or electromagnetic modeling.
- Proficiency with RF test equipment (e.g., spectrum analyzers, vector network analyzers, oscilloscopes).
- Strong programming skills in Python, MATLAB, or C++ for data analysis and automation.
- Experience with EM simulation tools (e.g., CST, HFSS, or COMSOL).
- Knowledge of wireless communication standards (e.g., 5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative R&D environment.
