Responsibility
- Provide timely and effective technical support for healthcare applications, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues reported by end-users, including clinicians and administrative staff.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to identify and implement system improvements.
- Monitor application performance and proactively address potential issues before they impact operations.
- Document technical processes, troubleshooting steps, and solutions for future reference.
- Conduct user training sessions to enhance proficiency in healthcare software applications.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data security standards.
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in application support, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare software systems and electronic health records (EHR).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficient in SQL, scripting, and basic programming for troubleshooting purposes.
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and service management best practices.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote or hybrid environment.
