Responsibility
- Provide technical support and training to customers on laboratory instruments and software.
- Collaborate with R&D and QC teams to optimize laboratory workflows and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities of Mettler Toledo’s laboratory solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to laboratory equipment and applications.
- Develop and deliver technical documentation, including user manuals and training materials.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in laboratory technology to provide expert guidance.
- Assist in the implementation of new laboratory systems and processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in R&D or QC.
- Strong technical knowledge of laboratory instruments and software applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Proven experience in conducting training sessions and product demonstrations.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client visits and training sessions.
