Responsibility
- Install, configure, and commission industrial equipment at customer sites globally, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and safety standards.
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for customers on the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support, diagnosing and resolving equipment issues to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather customer feedback and contribute to product improvements.
- Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, including installation guides, service reports, and user manuals.
- Perform regular equipment inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent technical qualification.
- Proven experience in installation, commissioning, and servicing of industrial equipment.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support customers effectively.
- Willingness to travel internationally (up to 50% of the time) to customer sites in India, USA, Europe, and other regions.
- Proficiency in technical documentation and report writing.
- Familiarity with industrial automation, vision systems, or related technologies is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
