Responsibility
- Conduct on-site assessments to evaluate water treatment and hygiene needs for clients in hospitality, food processing, and industrial sectors.
- Design and recommend customized solutions using Ecolab’s portfolio of chemicals, equipment, and digital tools.
- Install, commission, and troubleshoot water treatment systems, ensuring compliance with local and international standards.
- Provide technical training to client staff on system operation, safety protocols, and maintenance best practices.
- Monitor system performance through data analysis and regular audits, proposing optimizations to reduce water/energy consumption.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop proposals and present technical solutions to potential clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in water hygiene.
- Document all service activities, reports, and client interactions in Ecolab’s digital platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in water treatment, hygiene solutions, or industrial process engineering.
- Familiarity with RO systems, cooling towers, boilers, or wastewater treatment is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze technical data and propose actionable solutions.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to work independently in field-based environments.
- Certifications in water safety, HACCP, or OSHA are highly desirable.
