Responsibility
- Review and interpret HVAC drawings and specifications to develop control strategies.
- Design and configure Building Management Systems (BMS) for optimal performance and energy efficiency.
- Select and integrate hardware components, including sensors, controllers, and actuators.
- Develop and test control logic using industry-standard programming tools (e.g., Siemens, Schneider, or similar).
- Conduct on-site commissioning, troubleshooting, and system validation.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to deliver seamless solutions.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Automation Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in BMS or HVAC control systems.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, or proprietary BMS software.
- Strong understanding of HVAC principles, control strategies, and energy management.
- Experience with system integration, testing, and commissioning.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
