Responsibility
- Develop and execute regional growth strategies for ShopeePay, focusing on user acquisition, retention, and monetization.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify expansion opportunities.
- Optimize P&L performance through cost-efficiency initiatives and revenue-generating campaigns.
- Collaborate with product teams to enhance app features and user experience.
- Lead cross-functional projects with marketing, sales, and tech teams to drive adoption.
- Monitor KPIs (e.g., DAU, MAU, conversion rates) and adjust strategies based on data insights.
- Build partnerships with local merchants and financial institutions to boost ecosystem growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in app growth, digital marketing, or fintech.
- Proven track record in scaling user bases and optimizing P&L for mobile apps.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, SQL, or Tableau.
- Experience in Southeast Asian markets is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are advantageous.
