Responsibility
- Manage the daily operations of the HR Shared Services center, ensuring service levels (SLAs) are met or exceeded across the APAC region.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of HR specialists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and service excellence.
- Oversee end-to-end HR operational processes, including payroll administration, employee lifecycle management, and benefits administration.
- Act as the primary point of escalation for complex HR operational issues, providing timely resolutions and ensuring consistent policy application.
- Drive the implementation of process improvement initiatives and automation projects to enhance operational efficiency.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and regional stakeholders to ensure alignment on operational strategy and organizational goals.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics, presenting insights to senior leadership.
- Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, data privacy regulations, and corporate governance standards across multiple jurisdictions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in HR Operations or Shared Services, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
- Proven expertise in managing multi-country HR operations within the APAC region.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable operational strategies.
- Expertise in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and case management software.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex corporate environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional APAC languages is highly regarded.
