Responsibility
- Lead and coordinate operational support for APAC O&M contracts, ensuring excellence during mobilization, execution, and closeout phases.
- Collaborate with regional teams to develop and implement standardized operational processes and best practices.
- Monitor project performance, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Act as a liaison between field teams, project managers, and senior leadership to facilitate clear communication and alignment.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, safety, and quality across all projects.
- Support business development efforts by providing operational insights and expertise during proposal and bidding stages.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and GE Vernovaâs policies and procedures.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) is a plus.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the power, energy, or industrial sectors.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects in the APAC region.
- Strong understanding of O&M contracts, project lifecycle management, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English. Additional APAC languages are advantageous.
- Experience with ERP systems, project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera), and data analytics platforms.
- Ability to travel regionally (up to 30%) to support project sites and client engagements.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, sustainability, and operational excellence.
