Responsibility
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts (FCST) for APAC markets, leveraging historical data, market trends, and stakeholder inputs.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to align build strategies with business objectives and customer demand.
- Monitor and analyze actual demand vs. forecast variances, providing actionable insights to improve planning accuracy.
- Manage supply planning for all products sourced from 3rd party vendors, ensuring optimal inventory levels and on-time delivery.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to mitigate supply chain risks and resolve bottlenecks proactively.
- Utilize ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced analytics tools to generate reports and dashboards for decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and responsiveness.
- Support new product introductions (NPI) by assessing supply chain feasibility and developing ramp-up plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain analytics, or business planning, preferably in the semiconductor or electronics industry.
- Proven expertise in forecasting tools (e.g., SAP IBP, Oracle Demantra) and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (advanced), Power BI, or Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with global teams.
- Familiarity with APAC market dynamics and experience working with 3rd party vendors or contract manufacturers.
- Certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, or APICS are highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high productivity and alignment with team goals.
