Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with veterinarians, farmers, and agricultural cooperatives in Bali
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for animal health products and livestock feed
- Conduct product demonstrations and educational sessions for clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Provide excellent after-sales support and technical advice to customers
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts
- Participate in industry exhibitions and company promotional events
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop localized sales strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, Agriculture, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in animal health or agricultural products
- Strong understanding of livestock farming practices and animal nutrition
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within Bali
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software)
