Responsibility
- Assist in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to user behavior and transaction flows.
- Support the development of dashboards and reports using tools like SQL, Python, or Tableau to visualize key performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to provide data-driven recommendations for improving customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Conduct A/B tests and statistical analyses to evaluate the impact of new features or process changes.
- Monitor and report on KPIs such as transaction success rates, customer acquisition costs, and retention metrics.
- Automate data processes and workflows to streamline reporting and reduce manual effort.
- Stay updated on industry trends and fintech innovations to contribute fresh ideas to the team.
- Prepare and present findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL (required) and experience with Python, R, or Excel for data analysis.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate insights effectively to non-technical audiences.
- Basic understanding of statistical methods and experimental design (e.g., hypothesis testing, regression analysis).
- Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
