Responsibility
- Operate and monitor Automated Manufacturing Robotics (AMR) systems to ensure continuous and efficient production.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks on machinery to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Adhere strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Troubleshoot technical issues in automated systems and coordinate with maintenance teams for timely resolutions.
- Record and analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, or areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements and automation upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with quality control standards and regulatory requirements for silica production.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on new technologies and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) as a Plant Operator, Technician, or in a similar role within manufacturing or industrial automation.
- Hands-on experience with AMR systems, PLCs, or robotic process automation is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols, SOP compliance, and quality assurance in industrial settings.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and production reports.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to work in a production environment, including standing for extended periods and lifting moderate weights.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
