Responsibility
- Lead and facilitate extracurricular activities, including art, academic, and team-building sessions.
- Develop engaging lesson plans tailored to students' interests and skill levels.
- Encourage creativity, critical thinking, and teamwork among students.
- Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their skills.
- Collaborate with other instructors to create a cohesive learning experience.
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods as needed.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
- Participate in club events and workshops as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Art, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Previous experience in teaching, tutoring, or youth mentorship.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to design engaging activities.
- Patience, adaptability, and a passion for working with students.
- Familiarity with extracurricular education or art-based learning is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
