As an Amadeus Reservation & Ticketing Officer, you will be the bridge between our Bali-based operations and our European counterparts, ensuring smooth, efficient, and accurate bookings, modifications, and ticketing processes.

Responsibility
- Process and manage flight, hotel, and car rental reservations using the Amadeus GDS system with precision and efficiency.
- Issue, reissue, and modify e-tickets while ensuring compliance with airline policies and fare rules.
- Liaise with European counterparts to confirm bookings, resolve discrepancies, and provide real-time support.
- Handle customer inquiries and requests via email, chat, or phone, delivering professional and timely responses.
- Monitor and update inventory and availability in the system to prevent overbooking or errors.
- Generate and distribute travel itineraries, invoices, and confirmation documents to clients and partners.
- Troubleshoot and resolve booking issues, including cancellations, refunds, and schedule changes.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications in the company’s CRM system.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Amadeus GDS for reservations and ticketing (mandatory).
- Proven background in travel agency operations, airline reservations, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of IATA fare rules, ticketing procedures, and airline policies.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) with a neutral accent for international client interactions.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic CRM tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours to align with European time zones (if required).
- Customer-service oriented with a problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach.
