Responsibility
- Coordinate and streamline Google Cloud Systems operations, ensuring alignment with entity architecture standards and business requirements.
- Manage cross-functional program initiatives, tracking progress, mitigating risks, and delivering projects on time and within scope.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and partner teams to design and implement scalable entity frameworks for cloud-based solutions.
- Optimize alliance workflows by identifying inefficiencies and proposing data-driven improvements.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system architectures, operational procedures, and compliance protocols.
- Act as a liaison between Google Cloud partners and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and adoption of new technologies.
- Monitor and report on KPIs and SLAs related to system performance, uptime, and user satisfaction.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in cloud computing, entity modeling, and alliance management to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in operations coordination, program management, or systems architecture, preferably in a cloud or SaaS environment.
- Proven expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including IAM, networking, and entity hierarchy management.
- Strong understanding of entity architecture principles and their application in multi-tenant or enterprise systems.
- Exceptional project management skills (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall) with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau) to derive actionable insights.
- Certifications in Google Cloud, ITIL, or PMP are highly advantageous.
