Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive IT support to internal teams, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services.
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to protect company data and systems from threats.
- Administer Microsoft 365 applications, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Oversee IT operations, including system updates, backups, and disaster recovery planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement IT solutions that enhance productivity.
- Conduct regular audits of IT systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend innovations to improve IT efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT support, infrastructure management, and cybersecurity.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and cloud services.
- Experience with network administration, system updates, and disaster recovery planning.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
