Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to passengers at check-in, boarding gates, and information desks.
- Assist travelers with flight bookings, rebooking, and baggage inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
- Handle passenger complaints and special requests with empathy and problem-solving skills.
- Coordinate with airline staff, ground crew, and security teams to ensure smooth airport operations.
- Verify travel documents, visas, and tickets in compliance with aviation regulations.
- Operate check-in systems, boarding passes, and luggage tagging equipment accurately.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of flight schedules, delays, and airport procedures.
- Uphold safety and security protocols while delivering a welcoming and efficient service.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in hospitality, tourism, or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, or aviation (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Familiarity with airport operations, reservation systems, or CRM tools is beneficial.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and a positive attitude under pressure.
