Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to passengers at check-in counters, boarding gates, and service desks.
- Assist passengers with check-in procedures, baggage handling, and seat assignments.
- Address and resolve passenger inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate with airline staff, ground crew, and other airport personnel to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle flight reservations, ticketing, and rebooking as needed.
- Provide information on flight schedules, delays, and airport facilities.
- Assist passengers with special needs, including unaccompanied minors, elderly travelers, and those with disabilities.
- Maintain accurate records of passenger interactions and service-related incidents.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the airline or hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and airline reservation software.
