Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor airfreight shipments to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
- Liaise with airlines, customs officials, and internal teams to resolve logistics challenges.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, including tracking, documentation, and compliance.
- Optimize routing and scheduling to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with warehouse and transportation teams to streamline operations.
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and company policies.
- Generate reports on shipment status, performance metrics, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in airfreight logistics, cargo handling, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
