Responsibility
- Assist senior technicians in the inspection, testing, and maintenance of aircraft engines and components.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks following strict Technical Manuals (TM) and safety guidelines.
- Document all maintenance activities accurately within the company database to ensure full regulatory compliance.
- Operate specialized workshop tools and precision measurement equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to uphold the highest standards of Foreign Object Debris (FOD) prevention.
- Participate in on-the-job training modules to enhance technical knowledge of engine systems.
- Assist in the disassembly and reassembly of engine components during scheduled overhaul processes.
Qualifications
- ITE/Diploma in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Fresh graduates or entry-level candidates with a strong interest in the aviation sector are welcome to apply.
- Strong analytical skills with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment while maintaining high safety awareness.
- Willingness to work shifts or follow specific duty rosters as required by the maintenance schedule.
- Proficiency in basic computer software for data entry and reporting.
- Good physical stamina, capable of working in various environments including hangar or workshop settings.
