Responsibility
- Assist clients in booking flights, hotels, and travel packages with accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners to ensure seamless bookings.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel destinations, pricing, and promotions.
- Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications in accordance with company policies.
- Handle payment transactions and ensure all financial records are accurate.
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Utilize reservation systems and software to manage bookings and client information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or tourism is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service or reservation role, preferably in the travel industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using reservation systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of travel destinations, airlines, and hotel chains is an advantage.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
