Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage air freight shipments, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Liaise with airlines, customs officials, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
- Monitor and track shipments, providing real-time updates to clients and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and company policies.
- Resolve any operational issues or delays, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all shipments.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to enhance client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in air freight operations or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in using logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
