Responsibility
- Install, test, and commission air conditioning systems in residential, commercial, and hospitality properties.
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and servicing to ensure optimal system performance and longevity.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including electrical and refrigerant-related problems.
- Repair or replace faulty components, such as compressors, motors, thermostats, and ductwork.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and manufacturer guidelines during installations and repairs.
- Provide technical advice and recommendations to clients on system upgrades, energy efficiency, and maintenance best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, installations, and repairs using digital tools or paperwork.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and deliver exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Technician, Installer, or HVAC Specialist (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Proficiency in installing, maintaining, and repairing split systems, ducted units, and VRV/VRF systems.
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration cycles, electrical components, and HVAC controls.
- Familiarity with tools such as manifold gauges, vacuum pumps, leak detectors, and multimeters.
- Valid certification or license in HVAC/R (e.g., EPA 608, local Indonesian certifications, or equivalent).
- Physical fitness and ability to work in confined spaces, at heights, and in varying weather conditions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
