Responsibility
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on residential and commercial air conditioning units.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC malfunctions efficiently.
- Install new air conditioning systems and related components according to industry standards.
- Monitor system performance, perform refrigerant checks, and replace filters or faulty parts.
- Provide high-quality customer service by explaining technical issues and repair options to clients.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation for all completed jobs.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and site regulations while on duty.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Air-Con Technician or relevant field experience.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, cooling cycles, and electrical components.
- Possession of relevant vocational certifications (e.g., SKM/MLVK) is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license with a clean record.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills to engage professionally with customers.
