Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on air compressors and associated equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment.
- Monitor system performance, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations during all operations.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Provide training and guidance to junior technicians as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in air compressor maintenance or a related technical field.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems in industrial equipment.
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and techniques for troubleshooting compressor issues.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environmental conditions.
- Certification in industrial maintenance or a related field is a plus.
