Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for industrial control systems, ensuring real-time performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into PLCs, SCADA, and edge devices.
- Optimize algorithms for resource-constrained environments, balancing accuracy with computational efficiency.
- Analyze industrial datasets to identify patterns, anomalies, and optimization opportunities.
- Develop and maintain digital twins for predictive maintenance and process automation.
- Conduct field tests and validate models in real-world industrial settings.
- Document technical specifications, workflows, and best practices for AI-driven control systems.
- Stay abreast of advancements in reinforcement learning, time-series forecasting, and industrial IoT.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in machine learning, control systems, or industrial automation.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and MATLAB/Simulink.
- Hands-on experience with PLC programming, SCADA systems, or industrial protocols (Modbus, OPC UA).
- Strong understanding of time-series data, signal processing, and real-time systems.
- Familiarity with edge computing, embedded systems, or ROS is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian/Bahasa is advantageous.
