Responsibility
- Develop, iterate, and produce high-quality video content using Generative AI tools (e.g., Runway Gen-2, Pika, Sora, Midjourney, Kling).
- Master the art of 'Prompt Engineering' to achieve precise visual results, consistent character designs, and cinematic lighting.
- Collaborate with the creative team to storyboard and script AI-generated video campaigns.
- Conduct continuous research on the latest AI video technologies and trends to maintain our competitive edge.
- Manage the post-production workflow, including AI upscaling, frame interpolation, and integration with traditional video editing software (Adobe Premiere/After Effects).
- Ensure all AI-generated content aligns with brand guidelines and visual identity standards.
- Troubleshoot technical limitations of AI tools to find creative workarounds for complex visual requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in video production or motion graphics with a strong focus on AI-assisted workflows.
- Deep understanding of visual composition, lighting, color theory, and narrative structure.
- Expertise in prompting for image and video generative AI tools.
- Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or After Effects).
- Strong ability to experiment and iterate quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- A portfolio showcasing high-quality AI-generated video content is mandatory for this role.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate abstract ideas into visual prompts.
