Responsibility
- Collaborate with government stakeholders to identify business requirements and define AI-driven project objectives.
- Support the design and development of AI prototypes and proof-of-concepts (PoCs) using Python and relevant data libraries.
- Facilitate innovation workshops and brainstorming sessions to drive creative problem-solving and user-centric design.
- Conduct data cleaning, preprocessing, and analysis to support the training and evaluation of AI models.
- Assist in the deployment and testing of digital tools within the government’s secure project environment.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, project progress reports, and stakeholder presentations.
- Monitor industry trends in AI and digital technology to recommend continuous improvements for existing projects.
- Liaise between technical developers and non-technical departments to ensure seamless project delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related quantitative field.
- Proficient in Python programming with experience using libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, or Scikit-Learn.
- Prior experience or exposure to AI/Machine Learning projects and digital prototype development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in a government-linked environment.
- Familiarity with digital innovation methodologies like Agile or Design Thinking is highly advantageous.
