Responsibility

  • Support the development and implementation of AI enablement strategies for Singtel's external-facing AI products and services.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining documentation, training materials, and best practices for AI product adoption.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to streamline AI product operations and workflows.
  • Monitor and analyze AI product performance metrics, providing insights to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with external partners and vendors to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions into Singtel's ecosystem.
  • Participate in stakeholder meetings, workshops, and training sessions to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging AI technologies, and competitive landscapes to inform product strategies.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects and initiatives that enhance AI product scalability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts, natural language processing (NLP), or data analytics.
  • Familiarity with AI tools, frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Prior experience in product management, operations, or tech internships is advantageous.
  • Passion for AI, digital transformation, and innovation in the telecommunications industry.
