Responsibility
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize internal IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud-based systems.
- Execute routine systems administration tasks, such as backups, updates, and security patches.
- Provide technical support to staff, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues promptly.
- Manage office IT equipment, including workstations, printers, and collaboration tools.
- Implement and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure data security and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy and integrate new technologies and systems.
- Troubleshoot network and system performance issues, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
- Document IT processes, configurations, and incident reports for knowledge sharing and auditing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT operations, systems administration, or network engineering.
- Proficiency in managing Windows/Linux servers, virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V), and cloud services (AWS, Azure).
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, firewalls, VPNs, and cybersecurity principles.
- Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix) and IT service management (ITSM) platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a 24/7 operational environment.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator are a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams.
